Applicants
- be doctoral students enrolled in their 2nd or 3rd year, post-docs, RTDAs and RTDBs (age less than or equal to 35 years);
- or be senior scientists (age above 35);
- be already a member of CRS Italy Chapter, with regular payment of membership fee for 2023;
- have submitted (or commit to submit) an abstract for the Bologna Annual Meeting to CRS International before the deadline (February 16, 2024) (LINK). The abstract must be accepted by CRS International for an oral or poster presentation;
- be the presenting author of the abstract;
- register for attendance at the Annual Meeting by submitting the abstract by the deadline (application for this travel grant does not replace submission of abstract to the Annual Meeting);
- provide CRS Italy Chapter with valid expense receipts after attending the conference;
- submit only one application with one abstract to this travel grant call.
How to participate
- complete the following application form
- upload in the application form website a single file (surname.pdf) containing:
1. abstract in the same format that will be sent to the Annual Meeting organization;
2. motivational letter;
3. payment receipt for renewal of CRS Italy Chapter membership for 2024;
4. a presentation letter from the supervisor certifying the candidate's status (PhD students and post-docs only) using the grant form available at this LINK.
